2020 has been quite a year! Let's welcome colder months with power and grace. We will work through hip strengthening and hip opening asanas, perhaps even some arm balances. We’ll get sweaty and follow our own rhythms. You can work as much or as little as you want. Class ends in the studio, but if you want an extra treat, join Diane for a dip in the sea after class. It's the night before a full moon!

Diane has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for about 10. She’s from San Francisco and has lived in NYC, Chicago, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh City and Varberg. The experience of living between Asia and Europe for 10 years has influenced her yoga practice, weaving influences of east and west into a tapestry of meditative practices and practical application. She’s registered E-RYT 500 with the Yoga Alliance in the US, also runs a small consulting firm and studies Reiki.
