It’s grown harder over the years to label the style of yoga I teach as it’s become a complex blend of what I’ve studied over the years: hatha, vinyasa, katonah, yin, and restorative. I teach on alignment, energetics, the organs, the breath, and the nervous system while doing my best to use words to guide you in moving your body through space in a way the helps you to feel and land closer to you.
Sometimes I even weave in a Swedish word or two.
